Our approach
The RIQOL website is designed to support people using a keyboard, assistive technology, smaller screens and browser zoom. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA as our improvement target. This is not a claim of certification or complete conformance: a comprehensive independent accessibility audit has not been completed.
Features available on this website
- A “Skip to content” link and structured headings help navigate each page.
- Navigation menus, choices and form controls can be operated by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Forms have text labels, required-field information and announced error or success messages.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives; inspiration imagery is identified clearly.
- The layout adapts to narrow screens, and browser text enlargement remains available.
- The site's motion effects respect a device's reduced-motion preference.
- Analytics can be declined without preventing access to forms or content.
Current review and limitations
The latest internal review on September 8, 2026 covers the main public navigation, privacy choices, website help form, project inquiry flow and responsive layouts. Checks include keyboard interactions, visible labels, contrast and narrow-screen layout. Testing every combination of browser and assistive technology, including a full screen-reader review, is still outstanding.
JavaScript is needed for interactive city filtering, privacy settings and form submission. Public information pages remain readable without it. External sources and provider pages follow their own accessibility practices. There is not yet a separate public email or phone support channel, so the dedicated website form is the current route for assistance.
Tell us about a barrier
Use the accessibility support form if something prevents you from using the site, or to request the information in another format. You do not need to choose a service or provide a property address. If possible, include the page, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology. Do not include medical details.
The website owner can review these messages in the private support inbox and reply using the email you provide. No fixed response time is currently promised. Read how support information is handled.
Website access and physical premises
This statement concerns the website. RIQOL does not currently have a registered company or physical business premises, showroom, office or visitor location. City pages are service-area information and do not represent branches. There are no physical accessibility arrangements to describe at this stage.
