Your privacy, explained.

What this website collects, why it is used, and the choices you have.

Who operates this website

RIQOL is a brand being developed by the website owner. It is not currently a registered company and has no physical business location. References to RIQOL in this notice mean the owner operating this website under that name. No registered office, storefront or company registration is represented here.

The owner is responsible for handling website inquiries and privacy requests. A public email, telephone number and postal contact have not yet been added. You can contact the owner using the dedicated privacy request form; it does not require a remodeling project. This notice will be updated when the operator and public contact details are finalized.

Information you choose to send

The project inquiry form collects your name, email or phone, property city, selected services, project description and contact preference. Timing and budget are optional. The form records your permission to be contacted about that inquiry. You do not need to provide an exact street address through the public form.

The website help form collects an email for the reply, the request category and message, plus your name and the affected page if you choose to provide them. These requests are stored separately from sales leads. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment information, health information or other sensitive details in either form.

How the information is used

Project information is used to understand an inquiry, respond, keep related notes and discuss possible next steps. Website help information is used to investigate accessibility problems, handle privacy requests and respond to the sender. Submission does not confirm service availability, a booking or a contract.

Your information is not sold, rented, used for targeted advertising or added to an automated calling or messaging campaign. No appointment-setting agents or external call/SMS services are connected to the forms. Access to the private workspace requires owner authentication.

Essential storage and security

The website saves your cookie preference in your browser for up to 180 days, unless you clear it sooner. This is used to remember your choice. An essential session cookie is used when the owner signs in to the private workspace; ordinary visitors do not need a CRM account.

Vercel provides website hosting and private data storage. Technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request timing, may be processed to deliver and protect the site. The form service uses a protected representation of request information to limit repeated submissions. Essential hosting and security processing continues when optional analytics is declined.

Optional analytics and attribution

Google Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps measure public page visits and successful project inquiry events. If you decline or have not made a choice, the website does not load the Google Analytics tag. The forms and core pages remain available either way. Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off.

When you allow analytics, Google may receive technical visit information and set first-party analytics cookies. The site configures those cookies for a 180-day lifetime. Names, emails, phone numbers, property addresses and message contents are not included in our analytics events. The CRM, privacy, accessibility and website help pages are excluded. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the tag configuration.

With your analytics choice, the site may also keep the landing page, referring hostname and campaign labels in session storage and attach them to a project inquiry. Query strings are omitted from tracked page addresses. The separate website help form does not attach campaign information.

lets you change your choice at any time. Choosing “Essential only” stops future optional tracking, removes the site's accessible Google Analytics cookies and session attribution, and reloads the page if the tag was already active. It does not automatically erase information previously received by Google or an inquiry already submitted. Google's privacy policy explains its processing.

Service providers and processing locations

Inquiries and website help messages are stored with Vercel. Google receives analytics information only under the optional analytics choice described above. These providers may process information on infrastructure outside your state or country. The site does not claim that all data remains in Texas. See Vercel's privacy policy for its handling of platform data.

How long information is kept

Submitted inquiries, support messages and related notes are retained while needed to handle the request, manage a resulting conversation, or meet applicable recordkeeping needs. An automatic deletion schedule for these records has not been configured. You can ask the owner to review, correct or delete a record. Security logs and provider-held data may follow the providers' separate retention rules.

Access, correction, deletion and questions

Use the privacy request form to ask what information was submitted, request a copy or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw permission for project follow-up, or question a prior response. Include the email used in the earlier inquiry and enough context to identify it; do not send identification documents through the form. The owner may need to verify that a request concerns your information before disclosing or changing records.

The owner will review the request and any rights that apply to your circumstances. This page does not assert that every privacy law applies identically to every visitor or business stage. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority about your concerns.

Children and external websites

This website is intended for adults planning home projects and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, use the privacy form to alert the owner. Links to external sources open websites with their own policies; they do not make those providers part of RIQOL.
